Neeraj Associates was established in 2005 in Lucknow with a simple aim: to give clients quality, practical legal solutions without the distance and delay they often associate with lawyers.
Today the firm has a 20-lawyer in-office team, supported by in-house tax advisors, ground surveyors and paralegals, and a network of more than 200 associate advocates in A, B and C tier cities across India. This structure allows us to take on pan-India litigation portfolios while keeping one point of contact for the client.
Our practice spans litigation and advisory work — criminal, family, property, civil and consumer disputes on one side, and corporate, commercial, tax and intellectual property advice on the other. We have also assisted foreign entities on transactions and regulatory issues under Indian law.
